A maritime museum of the tea trade is a museum located in Tilbury, Essex.

The proposal aims to bring the local community and children together, providing a place where users can learn about the history of tea trade as well growing their own herbal teas.

With many museum's not providing spaces or facilities for children to play and learn, the architecture and design of this proposal would enable children to engage and understand the local history of Tilbury. The building's façade consists of blue louvres creating a contrast within the landscape of Tilbury, inviting the local community to the museum.
